1. Who we are

PromptForge ("we", "us") operates this website and the AI video prompt library sold through it. For privacy questions contact zhang5337zhang@126.com.

2. What we collect

• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details. We receive from Paddle only your email address, purchase status and country/tax information needed to provide the service.
• Usage data: this is a static website; we do not run advertising trackers. Basic anonymized request logs may be kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.
• Free trial data: the BYOK trial runs in your browser. Your API keys for Kling / Runway / MiniMax are sent only from your browser to those platforms and are never transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

3. What we do with it

We use your email address to deliver what you purchased (library access, Discord invite, updates) and to send essential service notices. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email you did not opt into.

4. Third parties

• Paddle — payments, tax and invoicing (Paddle's own privacy policy applies at checkout).
• Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN.
• Discord — delivery of the paid library and community.
• Kling / Runway / MiniMax — only if you use the BYOK trial with your own key.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing zhang5337zhang@126.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

Payment and delivery records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes; marketing-free service emails stop when you cancel.
