If PromptForge is not useful to you, email zhang5337zhang@126.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no interrogation, no conditions beyond the 14-day window.

How refunds work

• All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Request a refund by replying to your Paddle receipt email or writing to zhang5337zhang@126.com with your receipt attached.
• After a full refund, your access to the paid pack is removed.

One-time purchases

• The Hook Pack is a one-time $29 buyout with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel.
• The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies in full to the buyout.
